Any Gift Certificates you plan to use as payment for your service must be presented to the front desk receptionist at time of check-in. CANCELLATIONS REQUIRE 24-HOUR NOTICE TO AVOID BEING CHARGED.

Missed appointments impact our ability to serve other clients and result in a loss of income for our staff. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a charge equivalent to the full cost of the booked service. We recognize that there are circumstances that may be out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and we may make an exception to the above policy on those rare occasions. LATE ARRIVALS are also subject to a shortened appointment time and will be required to pay the FULL COST of the service booked.
