24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Missed appointments prevent us from accommodating other clients and also result in a loss of income for our staff. Clients who cancel their appointment with less than 24-hour notice or fail to show for their scheduled appointment will be charged the full cost of the service booked. We recognize that there are circumstances that may be out of your control (sudden illness, family emergency, etc.) and we may make an exception to the above policy on those rare occasions.

Late arrivals are also subject to a shortened appointment time and will be required to pay the full cost of the service booked. Every client is important to us, and since our sessions are for the full allotted time billed, we want to be able to keep everyone on schedule.
